You will coordinate customer requests, prepare production work orders, support digital imaging processes, and ensure high-quality service while meeting established turnaround times and customer expectations.

Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality print and digital imaging solutions. Build strong customer relationships while supporting a wide range of document services. Grow your career with ongoing learning and development opportunities in a dynamic production environment.

Receive customer requests for print, scanning, and supply services via walk-in, email, website, and telephone. Enter customer requests into production systems and create work orders for print, scanning, and supply fulfillment. Prepare and provide quotes for customer-requested services and supplies. Process invoices accurately for completed work orders. Prepare customer documents for digital imaging, including reviewing physical documents for quality issues prior to scanning.

Organize, name, and index digital files according to customer requirements and established procedures. Support post-imaging activities and other document processing services as required. Work closely with production teams to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. Perform additional operational duties as needed to support business requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent. General understanding of computer technology, including Microsoft Office and Adobe applications. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into accurate production work orders. Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.

Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience in a print-for-pay retail environment is preferred.

Comprehensive onboarding and training on Xerox production systems, digital imaging processes, and customer service procedures. Collaboration with experienced production and customer service professionals. Opportunities to develop your skills in print production, digital imaging, and document management. Access to the tools and technology needed to deliver exceptional customer service. An inclusive workplace focused on quality, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
