If you have at least 1 year of experience in a retail tire or automotive service environment, enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, while assisting customers, we want to talk to you!

What You'll Do as Service Advisor:
Answer phones and greet and assist customers in a respectful and timely manner.
Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
Overseeing and managing the shop's scheduling and workflow
Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
Monitor technician's workflow and proper maintaining of tools and equipment
Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out, updated, completed, and closed according to Best-One and customer standards
What We're Looking For:
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the retail tire environment.
Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
Must have a valid driver's license; driving record must meet company's insurance requirements.
Commitment to service beyond the expectations of our customers.
