Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Explain wash packages, promotions, and membership options
• Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems
• Guide vehicles safely into wash bays and maintain traffic flow
• Monitor wash quality and report any equipment issues
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas inside and outside
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Support teammates and communicate effectively with supervisors
• Upsell memberships and additional services when appropriate
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
