We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Call Centre Appointment Scheduler to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will be a crucial first point of contact for patients, responsible for efficiently managing appointments across numerous supported dental practices. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
This position offers flexibility with both day and night shifts available.
- Professionally handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Accurately manage and coordinate appointment diaries for multiple dental practices, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficiency.
- Provide patients with essential information regarding dental services, practice locations, and appointment preparation.
- Meticulously update and maintain patient records within our database with a high degree of accuracy.
- Deliver an outstanding level of customer service, resolving patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and dental practice staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Proven experience in a customer service, call centre, or appointment scheduling role is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems or scheduling software.
- A self-motivated individual with the discipline to work effectively in a remote setting.
- The flexibility to work various shift patterns to meet business needs, including days and/or nights.
- Previous experience in the dental or healthcare industry is highly desirable but not required.
