• Full Time
• Hospital employed
• Schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours
• No call requirements
• $315,000 base compensation
• Malpractice including tail
• Existing infusion infrastructure
• Established referral base from PCPs and Specialists
• Competitive compensation and benefits package:
  • wRVU production incentive compensation available
  • $35,000 sign on
  • $10,000 quality bonus
  • Loan forgiveness of $20,000 per year up to $100,000 or 5 years
  • Quality incentive of $10,000 annually
  • 6 weeks or 240 hours of PTO
  • Moving expenses up to $10,000
  • 5 days of CME annually with a $4,500 annual CME allowance
  • Three to five-year agreement with a 120-day out by either party
  • Participation in MMH Health Plan with covered premiums. Voluntary participation in all other plan opportunities.
