- 1st shift 7a-7p - 2nd shift 7p-7a - Patient Volume: 20-25 (varies)
- Patient population: 100% Adult
- EMR:
Occuflex - Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
- Active IN state license, & DEA
- BC/BE
- BLS/CPR
- DOT/NRCME Certificate
- Perform physical, mental status and medical history examinations; record findings subsequently reviewed and countersigned by supervising physician.
- Outpatient Procedures:
Splinting, Suturing, Ability to Read & Interpret X-rays, Ability to Diagnose Orthopedic Injuries, No Casting, Anything Embedded in the Eye will be Referred Out
