- Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician
- Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm; NO CALL
- 100% outpatient
- About 18-20 ppd
- All ages if FP; 18 and older for IM physicians
- Seeking providers with 2+ years of experience
