- Location:
Indianapolis, Indiana - Contract Length: 13 weeks with the option to extend
- Schedule:
Monday - Friday 5/8 hour shifts, or 4/10 hour shifts - Competitive Hourly Pay, Negotiable
- No weekends, No Holidays, No on call
- Malpractice Insurance 100% paid for and provided
- Daily duties include Seeing scheduled patients, some intake, urgent/ emergent cases, walk - ins. Typical chart review and follow-ups.
- Must have active and unrestricted DEA, and active BLS certification
- Must have license to practice medicine in the state of Indiana
