Internal Medicine Physician

Direct Shifts is seeking dedicated and compassionate Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Physicians to join our team in providing comprehensive primary care to patients in the vibrant city of Indianapolis, IN.

Job Description:

• Internal Medicine:
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
• Provide preventive care, manage chronic diseases, and coordinate care with specialists.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, interpret lab results, and develop treatment plans.
• May also serve as a hospitalist, providing inpatient care to hospitalized patients.
• Family Medicine:
• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors.
• Promote preventive health, manage chronic conditions, and address acute illnesses.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing continuity of care.
• Work in outpatient settings, such as clinics or private practices.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Valid medical license in Indiana State
• Strong clinical skills and experience in primary care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
