Permanent Outpatient Primary Care Partnership Track Available Overview:
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds Physician. Join a physician-led, patient-centered primary care group. 4 or 4.5-day workweek. Outpatient-only setting. Team-based care model including care coordinators, behavioral health, and pharmacy support. Value-based care structure focused on quality outcomes. Opportunity to perform in-office procedures if desired:
Skin procedures, Joint injections., IUD placement. and Maternity care. Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range: $226,000 - $366,000. $30,000 sign-on bonus. Quality-based incentive compensation. Student loan repayment assistance (if applicable). Relocation assistance. Generous PTO.
