School Psychologist
School Psychologist delivers psychological assessment and supports student learning in a 36-week contract in Indianapolis, focusing on evaluation, intervention, and collaboration with school teams to promote academic success.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct psychological assessments to identify student learning needs
- Develop individualized education plans in partnership with teachers and families
- Provide counseling and support services to students
- Consult with school staff to recommend interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance student well-being
- Master's degree in School Psychology or Educational Psychology (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- Valid Indiana state licensure/certification to practice as a School Psychologist (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Minimum 1 year of school-based experience completing psychological evaluations and supporting student learning needs
- Strong communication, documentation, and confidentiality skills
- 37.5 hours per week, ability to work with students, families, and school teams
- Eligibility for local contract requirements in Indianapolis, IN area
