Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver rigorous, standards-aligned math instruction for middle school students
• Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Integrate technology effectively to enhance student learning
• Foster problem-solving, critical thinking, and real-world application of math concepts
• Assess and monitor student progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and faith-centered classroom environment
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support school-wide academic goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics
• Valid Indiana teaching license (or ability to obtain)
• Experience teaching middle school mathematics preferred
• Strong knowledge of middle school math standards and best instructional practices
