Missions

Under the authority of the director of the music school:
Contribute to the implementation of the school project From an artistic and pedagogical expertise, teach specialized classical guitar practices Develop curiosity, musical practice and transmit the widest possible repertoires Teaching classical guitar during and/or outside school time:

- provide individual and/or group lessons in the concerned discipline - offer artistic education adapted to all types of public, from awakening to cycle 3, to children and adults - participate in projects/actions of artistic and cultural education - supervise collective practices of all levels, in training and aesthetics corresponding to its skills Organization, follow-up of studies and evaluation of students Conduct and supervise pedagogical projects and cultural action within the framework of the implementation of the school project Vigilance and continuity of its artistic practices

Master the taught discipline Know the organization, functioning, missions and school project Know the physical and physiological data necessary for instrumental or vocal practice Know the reference texts of the Ministry of Culture Conduct pedagogical projects and cultural action Construct and organize its pedagogical reflection, whether it concerns an individual or collective practice Adjust its pedagogical methods according to the students Show autonomy, initiative and organization Respect the deadlines set to respond to the needs of a quality administrative follow-up and in accordance with the expectations of users Carry out a critical view of its pedagogical practice Be creative and imaginative Know how to work in a team Be attentive to others

Position open on the following grade(s) of the Territorial Public Service:
Assistant of artistic teaching

Art. L332-8 provision 5 of the general code of the public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position because it is a position with a part-time and quota of work time less than 50%. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable for a maximum duration of six years.
