As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Solar Production Manager to join our team and drive excellence in solar project execution.

The Solar Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the production and installation of solar energy systems. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in solar technology, and the ability to lead a team of installation professionals. The Solar Installation Production Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Our Solar Production Manager will work in our Indianapolis office for the scheduling/ordering of projects, work in the field to manage quality at our work sites and travel within our Solar business market.

Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment. Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs. Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs.

Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.
