You'll be responsible for:

* Direct strategic planning delivery across portfolios, aligning project outcomes with business objectives.

* Drive consistent planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring for projects and bids.

* Support commercial negotiations, contracts, and long-term business strategy development.

* Live Mace values through collaboration, innovation, accountability, and sustainable leadership.

You'll need to have:

* Relevant degree with professional membership, or actively working towards continued professional development.

* Proven leadership of capital programmes, complex property or infrastructure projects, and diverse delivery teams.

* Strong commercial, financial, and contractual acumen, including senior stakeholder engagement.

* Advanced planning expertise, including Primavera P6, with understanding of carbon and sustainability impacts.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
