* About the role:

* The purpose of this position is to coordinate individual,multi-discipline real estate project solutions for a pharmaceutical client,with direct accountability for project delivery.

Some of the work may be in regulated areas such aslaboratories, environmentally-controlled areas, and production areas and itwould be helpful, although not required, that the candidate is familiar withpharmaceutical good manufacturing practices (GMP) including commissioningprocesses.  The work will include civil,infrastructure, structural, and interior projects in administrative,laboratories, production, and warehouse areas, regulated and non-regulatedenvironments, and plant utility areas.

** This role will be onsite at our clients' campuses in downtown

Indianapolis and Lebanon.*
* ** What you'll do:*
* · Manages all facets of project management (Pre-project safety and risk analysis, budget,schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for individual projects. Projectsare primarily located in central Indiana, although projects located outside ofcentral Indiana is a possibility.

· Demonstratescapability to read, understand, and apply standard to complex documentsaffecting projects, including but not limited to: agreements/contracts, work letters, project charters, surveys and drawings.

· Interfacesdirectly with clients to define project requirements. Prepares scope of work,project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow,work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

· Identifiesproject delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individualproject qualification process; conducts standard to complex request for proposals; completes bid analysis; leads evaluation interviews, recommendsresources to clients.

· Leadsproject delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction toachieve project goals.

· Implementscommunication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keepclient and project resources informed. Facilitates project meetings.

· Implementsproject documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.

Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.

· Tracks progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approvedtimelines. Reports status and variances. Creates action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.

· Implementschange management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations,secure client approvals, and issue change orders. Assesses change requests to determine impacts to scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk.

· Demonstratesability to identify complex project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.

· Other duties as assigned.

** What you'll need:*
* · Bachelor'sdegree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area ofstudy is preferred. Greater than 5 Years prior experience in a Project Management related field / area required.

· PMP(US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.
