Job Description

AECOM Hunt is seeking a Construction Project Engineering to be based in Indianapolis, IN.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

* Assisting the Project Management team by overseeing construction administration tasks

* Preparing subcontractor reports as needed to keep Supervisor and Client informed of ongoing progress

* Participating in site visits. Coordinating and assisting superintendent as required

* Receiving, reviewing and submitting documents for approval (Submittals/ RFIs/ etc.)

* Assisting project manager costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with contract

* Working with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate

* Attending meetings and reporting on project tasks as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

* Candidate must have completed Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Construction Management or similar discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Power Point

* Prior Internship experience within the construction industry.

* Experience working on a live construction site.

* Experience engaging with multiple trades on a construction project.
