Skills &

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering

+ 1+ years of experience (civil or electrical preferred-but driven entry-level candidates encouraged!)

+ Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for engineering real-world solutions

+ Interest in tools like AutoCAD and PLS-CADD (or eagerness to learn)

+ Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly across teams

+ A growth mindset and interest in building a long-term engineering career

Work Environment

+ Based in Indianapolis, IN

+ Primarily office-based with occasional field exposure for site visits and hands-on learning

+ Standard 40-hour workweek with flexibility (including potential WFH Fridays after onboarding)

This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $82000.00 - $87000.00/yr.
