Kart Mechanic – Fat Karting League (Indiana / Travel Role)

At Fat Karting League, our mission is to open up motor sport to the next generation by breaking down barriers to entry. We're building a competitive, high-quality karting platform for drivers aged 6–17, and we're looking for mechanics who want to be part of that journey.

The role

• Maintain and prepare a fleet of electric race karts
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues under race conditions
• Support kart operations at live events across Indiana
• Assist with event logistics and equipment setup
• Ensure karts are race-ready to a high standard at all times

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of mechanical experience (karts, cars, motorbikes, or similar)
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• A genuine passion for motor sport

Location & travel

• Workshop-based during the week
• Regular travel to race events across Indiana on weekends
