Assistant Project Manager/Estimator

The Assistant Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for providing support to the Project Manager in the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical transmission and distribution, high voltage T&D, substation construction and maintenance, and will have 3-7 years of experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the development of project plans and schedules
• Prepare and manage project budgets
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Resolve project issues and conflicts
• Prepare project reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 3-7 years of experience in the electrical transmission and distribution industry
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles
• Excellent project management and budgeting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
