Engineering Technician

The Engineering Technician provides CAD/Revit drafting support by executing redlines, maintaining model standards, cleaning up Revit files, and assembling drawing packages. This is a non-design, detail-driven, task-based role focused on accurate documentation, legacy drawing reconstruction, and consistent application of established standards.

Must-Have Skills

• AutoCAD experience (5+ year)
• Revit experience (5+ year)
• Strong history of working from redlines or engineer markups
• Ability to follow standards without making design decisions
• Strong accuracy, organization, and redline execution
• Clear communication to flag missing info

Work Environment

On-site role supporting two engineers within a 40–45-person facility (200 company-wide) with standard 8–5 schedule, & minimal overtime. Structured, standards-driven engineering environment focused on healthcare and life-sciences infrastructure.

This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
