Location:
Indianapolis , IN
Salary Range: $90/hr to $95/hr on W2 Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Environmental Permitting Program Manager to manage environmental due diligence, permitting acquisition and approvals, and support compliance activities during site acquisition, design, and construction.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- 10 years of environmental permitting and approvals experience, including management of environmental impact assessments, acquisition of permits, new region regulatory reviews, cultural and ecological surveys and approvals, and environmental programs development.
- 5 years conducting environmental due diligence and risk assessments for greenfield and brownfield sites, including environmental site assessments and remediation.
- Experience with mission critical facilities or large-scale construction projects.
- Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional and positive working relationships with internal and external teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and high standards for quality of deliverables.
- Strong background in project management and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- Drive appropriate cross-team delivery in the review, environmental due diligence, environmental permit acquisition and compliance for data centers.
- Manage the development and on-time delivery of environmental permits to support construction of data centers.
- Specific knowledge of environmental permitting programs and requirements including, but not limited to air quality, threatened and endangered, USACE/404 permitting, SPCC, cultural resources, etc.
- Working knowledge of remedial investigations, remediation strategies and execution, site conceptual models and site management plans.
- Ability to develop permitting timelines, and identify permitting risks and mitigation.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

- Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software.
- Drive appropriate cross-team delivery in the review, environmental due diligence, environmental permit acquisition and compliance for data centers.
- Manage the development and on-time delivery of environmental permits to support construction of data centers.
- Collaborate regularly with key stakeholders, including legal, design, construction, and operations teams.
