Direct and oversee radiation testing and radiation hardening
Perform risk assessment relative to electronic control systems
Evaluate compliance nuclear regulations
Lead threat analysis relative to electronics components and electrical control systems/subsystems
Analyze radiation effects on electronics from single event upsets and total ionizing dose
Lead environmental qualification testing
REQUIRED EDUCATION
BS Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Control Systems or Systems Engineering
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in radiation/EMP design
Familiar with radiation hardening, EMP or nuclear hardening
Experience in radiation mitigation techniques
Familiarity with government nuclear certification processes
Experience in analog, digital, and mixed electronic system design
Familiarity with various aspects of Controls Systems
