This position will provide direct support to assembly operations while also contributing to component-level fabrication. You will work hand-in-hand with design engineers and other cross-functional engineers, program leadership, and the production team to bring concepts to fruition in a very rapid pace and dynamic environment. We operate in a high-mix/low-volume model and field products so rapidly that change and growth are constant.
Furthermore, manufacturing engineers will find themselves involved in some projects for which we are the prime design-authority and other projects in which we are a sub-contracted organization. This mix brings a lot of variety to the scope of responsibilities for our manufacturing engineers and our Manufacturing Engineers, referred to internally as Production Support Engineers (PSEs), may be assigned to a projects lasting anywhere from six months to a few years before being re-assigned to new projects.
