Assist with the preparation and updating of construction documents for new construction, renovations, and facility improvements.

Incorporate engineer markups, redlines, and design changes into Revit models and drawing sets accurately and efficiently.

Help identify and resolve model coordination issues, drawing inconsistencies, and constructability concerns.

Maintain organized project files, BIM standards, naming conventions, and documentation quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience in design within structural, architectural, MEP, or other vertical construction or facilities-related fields.

Ability to produce construction documents, including plans, sections, details, schedules, and sheets.

Understanding of BIM processes and standards for coordinated multi-disciplinary models.

Capability to interpret and apply engineer markups, redlines, and design changes within Revit.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy and quality.
