Welding Technical Support

You're the technical expert that customers and internal teams rely on when welding and automation challenges become complex. What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide technical guidance and application support related to robotic welding systems
  • Work with customers to understand welding challenges and recommend effective solutions
  • Assist with solution development, technical documentation, and project proposals
  • Conduct virtual demos, training sessions, and technical presentations
  • Serve as the technical liaison between customers, engineering, sales, and operations
  • Troubleshoot welding applications and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain expertise in robotic welding technologies, welding processes, and automation solutions
  • Participate in customer meetings, project discussions, and occasional industry events

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Hands-on welding experience is required; robotic welding experience is a plus
  • Experience with robotics and industrial automation is highly preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills with detailed documentation processing
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable supporting customer-facing technical discussions, training, and demos
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across engineering, sales, and operations teams
