This position reports to the Bio Pharma Solutions Senior Manager PMO and is part of the R&D PMO located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role.

In the Project Manager role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute new product development and sustaining projects within the Bio Pharma Solutions portfolio, ensuring successful project delivery and product release.
  • Partner with functional leaders to establish project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans while driving alignment across project teams and stakeholders.
  • Apply the Danaher Business System (DBS) to develop project metrics, utilize Daily Management, monitor project performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to project teams and stakeholders, escalating execution risks as appropriate.
  • Build collaborative relationships across functions to support effective project execution and achievement of project objectives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.
  • Prefer 5+ years of experience in the life sciences, diagnostics, medical device, or related regulated industry.
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience leading complex product development programs from concept through commercialization.
  • Demonstrated experience applying design control processes and product lifecycle management within a regulated environment.
  • Experience utilizing complex program management methodologies, tools, and best practices to drive cross-functional product development initiatives.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • PMP certification
