Mechanical Integrity Engineer

Rolls Royce Motor Cars seeks a Mechanical Integrity Engineer to ensure structural reliability and safety of ultra luxury vehicles. You will lead durability analysis, FEA, and validation of chassis, body, and powertrain components, defining test plans, root cause investigations, and corrective actions. Partner with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to embed robustness, support DFMEA and PPAP, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Lead structural and durability analysis of chassis, body, and powertrain components
• Plan and interpret FEA, rig, and vehicle level tests to verify mechanical integrity
• Conduct root cause analysis and define corrective actions for field and test issues
• Support DFMEA, DVP&R, and PPAP activities with cross functional teams
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing to optimize robustness and manufacturability
• Apply BMW Group and industry standards for safety, reliability, and quality
• Document and communicate engineering findings and recommendations clearly
• Drive continuous improvement in methods, tools, and validation processes
