Structural Engineering Intern (Summer)
Position Summary The Structural Engineering Intern will assist the structural engineering team with project design and construction documents while gaining hands‑on experience in a professional engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation of structural engineering plans, details, and construction documents.
- Support structural calculations, engineering reports, and project research.
- Assist with reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Learn about structural systems, building components, and various construction materials.
- Assist with project coordination and work alongside engineers and other design professionals.
- Support multiple projects and help meet project deadlines.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in structural engineering, building systems, and construction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong desire to learn and develop technical engineering skills
