Provide day-to-day support to Talent Buyers on the Indianapolis booking team;
Maintain detailed trackers to monitor active offers, holds, and deal progression;
Process venue contracts, artist contracts, co-promote agreements, and COIs for the assigned Indianapolis team's booking events;
Monitor Contracts Tracker to ensure timeliness of responsible deadlines;
Prepare pre-settlements and night of show event settlements (3-5 per month average, various seasonally)
