Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure proper documentation
• Manage vendor relationships, resolving discrepancies and inquiries promptly
• Prepare and process payments including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support the finance team with reporting and special projects

• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable or related finance experience
• Strong understanding of AP processes and accounting principles
