Key Responsibilities for the Corporate Controller:

• Lead financial reporting, consolidation, and GAAP compliance across multiple entities

• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and internal controls

• Partner with operations on job costing and WIP to support project profitability

• Ensure compliance with multi-state tax and regulatory requirements

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while driving process improvements
Qualifications for the Corporate Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller-level leadership

• Proven experience with multi-entity consolidations and multi-state operations

• Strong background in construction accounting, including job costing and WIP
