Are you a hands-on Controller who enjoys being close to operations and driving financial clarity in a manufacturing environment? This role puts you at the center of the business, partnering directly with plant leadership to influence decisions and improve performance.

- Controller or senior accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in cost accounting and inventory
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial controls
- Hands-on, detail-oriented leader who thrives on site
- ERP system experience preferred
- Fully on-site role

- Salary range: $80,000-$95,000, based on experience
