Controller
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 (fully in-office)

• Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and financial close
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and deliver accurate financial reporting
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in partnership with executive leadership
• Develop and maintain internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
• Mentor and lead the accounting team while driving continuous process improvements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
