Are you a hands‑on Controller who enjoys being close to operations and driving financial clarity in a manufacturing environment? This role puts you at the center of the business, partnering directly with plant leadership to influence decisions and improve performance.

• Be the senior finance leader on site, with real visibility and influence
• Work closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership—no siloed accounting
• Play a key role in cost control, margin improvement, and process optimization
• Stable manufacturing environment with room to modernize and improve systems
• Direct impact on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• On‑site presence allows for faster decisions and stronger relationships

• Lead all accounting and financial reporting for the manufacturing operation
• Own month‑end close, financial statements, and variance analysis
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory, and standard costing
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Partner with plant and executive leadership on financial strategy

• Controller or senior accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in cost accounting and inventory
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial controls
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented leader who thrives on site
• ERP system experience preferred

• Salary range: $80,000–$95,000, based on experience
