• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and budget variances
• Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience (nonprofit or banking preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with audits, financial reporting, or regulated environments is a plus
