Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Analyze financial data to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making

• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide business planning

• Perform variance analysis and identify trends impacting financial performance

• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize financial processes and outcomes

• Support financial reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus

• 3+ years of financial analysis experience; life sciences or related industry experience preferred

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar

• Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to key stakeholders
