We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate who wants to deliver a white‑glove client experience and serve as a relationship manager for complex client and operational workflows.

This position is ideal for a service‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment supporting UHNW families and managing intricate client relationships.

This is an ideal opportunity for those who want to work alongside experienced advisors, investment professionals, and family office specialists that serve a variety of clients, such as entrepreneurs, executives, multi‑generational families and non‑profit organizations.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position based in Carmel, Indiana.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, delivering high‑touch service experience and cultivating long‑term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
  • Manage day‑to‑day client service activities with a strong emphasis on accuracy, responsiveness, compliance, and attention to detail.
  • Lead complex client onboarding initiatives, coordinating with custodians, trust companies, transfer agents, investment managers, and other third parties to facilitate account openings, transfers, and ongoing administration.
  • Support sophisticated investment and family office workflows, including coordination with alternative investment managers, private equity firms, custodians, and other external providers.
  • Assist clients with liquidity events, distributions, cash management requests, and other specialized wealth management activities.
  • Partner with advisors, the investment team, and leadership to ensure a seamless and highly personalized client experience.
  • Leverage firm technology platforms and reporting systems to maintain data integrity, enhance workflows, and support operational efficiencies.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help establish scalable best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic projects, client initiatives, and the continued growth of the firm.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • ​Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in client service, wealth management operations, or a similar role within an RIA, multi‑family office, or single‑family office environment.
  • Experience supporting high‑net‑worth or ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients preferred.
  • Broad understanding of investment products, mutual funds, custodial platforms, and brokerage account administration.
  • Experience coordinating account openings, transfers, money movements, and client servicing workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, including Salesforce, preferred.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy, and maintain discretion when working with clients and colleagues.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment while taking ownership of responsibilities and initiatives.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation is competitive and based on experience. The role offers a base salary plus discretionary bonus, with anticipated base compensation beginning at $70,000+ and may be adjusted based on qualifications and relevant experience.
