What you'll do

As the Plant Finance Manager at our Indianapolis facility, you will be a key member of the site leadership team, helping drive business performance through financial leadership, operational partnership, and strategic insight.

You will Own It by leading all site finance and administrative activities, developing financial plans, forecasting business performance, and providing meaningful analysis that supports decision-making. Working closely with operations leaders, you'll identify opportunities to improve profitability, optimize costs, strengthen controls, and support sustainable growth.

You'll play a critical role in annual planning cycles, capital investment decisions, financial reporting, compliance, and performance management. Most importantly, you'll help translate complex financial information into actionable business recommendations that directly influence the success of the operation.

This is a highly visible role for a finance professional who wants to influence strategy, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute directly to business results.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a collaborative, proactive, and business-minded finance leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering with operational teams to drive results.

The ideal candidate brings a CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional designation along with finance leadership experience, preferably within manufacturing or another operationally focused environment. You'll combine strong analytical capabilities with commercial awareness and the ability to influence decisions through credible financial insights.

Success in this role requires the confidence to challenge assumptions, the curiosity to identify opportunities, and the leadership skills to help teams achieve their goals. Equally important is a passion for continuous improvement, employee development, and contributing to a culture where people can perform at their best.

You'll also need

  • Manufacturing Finance Expertise:
    Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. Ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Professional Integrity and Compliance: CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional designation preferred. Demonstrated success managing financial controls, audits, tax compliance, risk management, and governance processes while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and accountability.
  • Business Partnership and Leadership:
