International Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead international tax planning and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Manage transfer pricing policies, documentation, and intercompany transactions
• Oversee preparation and review of tax provisions and returns under IFRS/GAAPCoordinate and respond to tax audits and inquiries from global tax authorities
• Identify and implement tax optimization opportunities while managing risk
• Advise on tax implications of new markets, structures, and business initiatives
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations to ensure tax-efficient processes
• Monitor global tax law changes and assess business impact
• Maintain robust tax controls and documentation aligned with BMW Group standards
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and cash tax planning activities
