This opportunity delivers care in Indianapolis at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.

Highlights
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team at our Indianapolis, IN location at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced APP, or new graduate with recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings.

• Cardiology opportunity including outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight EP
• Schedule:
  • 1 in 13 weeks night call (Friday 9p 7a; Sunday Thursday 9p 7a)
  • 1 in 14 weekends (Saturday/Sunday)

Licensure & Certification
