Refill Pharmacy Technician

IU Health -  -  - Responsibilities:
Collaborate directly with providers and clinical staff to review, process, and manage prescription refill requests from patients and external pharmacies;
Analyze refill requests for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness prior to pharmacist review;
Enter and maintain prescription and refill information accurately in the pharmacy system;
Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and pharmacies to clarify refill requests and resolve issues in a timely manner;
Ensure all refill activities comply with state regulations, organizational policies, and patient safety standards
