Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience required.
- Children's Hospital experience within the last 3 years is required.
- Must have experience in Labor & Delivery.
- Floating between NICU and Pediatric Acute Care is required.

License:
- Indiana State License required.

Certifications:

- ACLS
- BLS
- NBRC RRT
- NRP (required for those placed in Labor & Delivery)
- PALS preferred.

Must-Have:
- Must have a critical care skillset applicable to pediatrics.
- Strong experience in NICU and/or Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Description:

Licensed Respiratory Therapists are sought for a NICU position.
The ideal candidate must hold the necessary certifications and license.
Experience in a Children’s Hospital within the last three years is mandatory.
This position requires floating between NICU and Pediatric Acute Care areas.
Candidates should have strong skills in various respiratory therapies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include patient assessment, interpretation of lab results, and application of respiratory care protocols.
All applicants are expected to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Participation in interdisciplinary support and direct patient care is crucial for this role.
Candidates must be prepared to work with neonates, infants, and pediatrics.
A commitment to quality care and patient safety is essential.
