Why is this Role Essential?
Concerto is seeking a Renal Dietitian to join its team! The Renal Dietitian is responsible for providing nutrition education, counseling and interventions as appropriate to End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients and authorized caregivers in clinical settings to maximize the patient's nutritional well-being.

What's Required?
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or similar area required.
- Registered Dietitian with at least 12 months' clinical experience as required by CMS.
- State licensure or certification required if licensure or certification is available in the state where the facility is located.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook required as proficiency with Concerto specific applications within 60 days of employment.
