HRI Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Sort soiled ware for dish or pot machine;
Wash ware and replace in storage areas;
Maintain dish areas and ensure dish machine operation;
Understand dish machine maintenance and operation;
Maintain floors, trash areas, and cafeteria;
Enforce sanitation laws and safety standards;
Label and store deliveries;
Organize garbage and recycling;
Set up workstation and report shortages;
Understand MSDS sheets and locations;
Support recycling and sanitation programs;
Report safety hazards to supervisor
