Event Coordinator, Hospitality ​/ Hotel ​/ Catering

Cummins, Inc - 301 East Market Street - Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver events while serving as a key liaison between Cummins hosts, internal teams, and vendors to ensure a seamless hospitality experience.;
Manage Hospitality event spaces, schedules, and on-site event operations, including setup, service coordination, teardown, and adherence to safety, security, and service standards.;
Maintain high standards of safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and compliance across hospitality spaces.;
Provide administrative and analytical support through data management, reporting, research, correspondence, meeting coordination, and response to stakeholder inquiries.;
Support departmental effectiveness by managing vendor and payment processes, maintaining policies and procedures, tracking key data, driving continuous improvement, and serving as a resource for team members.
