Job Description & How to Apply Below
Community Health Network was created by our neighbors, for our neighbors. Over 60 years later, "community" is still the heart of our organization. It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology. It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefits initiatives. It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields and to better serve our patients.
And above all, it means exceptional care, simply delivered - and we couldn't do it without you.
Make a Difference
We have various internships that will support the Human Resources department. Options can be discussed in further detail.
The Talent Acquisition intern will perform a variety of administrative duties to include recruitment-based activities, campus visits, special team/dept projects, development of networking skills, leading team building activities and gaining general knowledge of the healthcare industry.
The HR Resources Generalist intern will gain valuable hands-on experience by actively participating in key projects and collaborating closely with our HR Business Partner team, with a focus on enhancing the overall caregiver experience.
This role offers a comprehensive understanding of daily HR generalist functions, providing exposure to various aspects of human resources while contributing to a culture of belonging within our dynamic healthcare environment.
The Talent Management HR intern will work collaboratively with the assigned team to drive strategies to support caregiver development and participate in structured learning and networking opportunities. Duties include helping with day one new hire orientation, Network data/engagement, and assist caregivers with career coaching and Network training.
