Training Systems Administrator

Pay Range: $32.00hr - $37.00hr Job Overview:
The Training System Specialist serves as a point of contact for Training and Enablement system administrative needs and requests. The candidate collaborates effectively with Training and Development stakeholders such as managers, trainers, field personnel, and customers to consult on processes, operations, and the execution of training requests. This role requires a skilled professional with wide-ranging experience in Learning Management Systems and a focus on maintaining and improving quality systems.

Duties:
The candidate collaborates effectively with Training and Development stakeholders such as managers, trainers, field personnel, customers, and others as needed. The candidate consults on all topics associated with processes, operations, and execution of training requests. The successful candidate partners with colleagues and stakeholders as needed for additional guidance on operational support, standards, issue resolution, and escalation, when required. The candidate follows and promotes best practice approaches that drive compliance and role requirements.

The candidate effectively communicates any process improvement opportunities aligned to the Training and Development strategy. The candidate is a skilled professional with wide-ranging experience who deals with diverse and sometimes complex issues, where analysis may require in-depth evaluation of many factors. The candidate exercises judgment in evaluating methods and may determine criteria for obtaining solutions. The candidate is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the processes and systems required within the role and participates in special projects as requested.

The candidate is highly skilled in technology and systems required of the position, including Service Now, Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, Success Factors), Learning Experience Platforms, and Google Suite. Skills/Abilities:
The candidate enables Training and Development overall success by processing requests for Enablement and Technology Administration with a focus on systems. The candidate processes requests for users and customers, sends personalized messages, and manages CRM, LMS, and LXP source system data to ensure accuracy. Processes enrollment requests in LMS/LXP as requested. Processes training assignments in LMS/LXP as requested. Processes requests for learner support.

Provides on-going learner support, including troubleshooting, follow-up communications, progress monitoring, and visibility to teams of learner progress. Serves as a point of contact for learning programs and engages with trainers, developers, managers, and field personnel as needed. Provides information, data, and analysis as requested ensuring a high level of customer service to learners and stakeholders. Promotes best practice approaches aligned to Training and Development goals and priorities.

Understands the business goals for Training and Development as well as for the assigned area of business. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality systems and processes as well as achieving quality objectives through daily actions. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent total work experience. Thorough business process understanding of training and learning processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management. Strong consulting skills, including outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to independently resolve a variety of routine and complex issues.
