This position follows a hybrid work model (2 days onsite) and is open to candidates located in Portsmouth, NH;
Boston, MA;
Plano, TX;
Indianapolis, IN; and Columbus, OH.

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr. The pay range provided is from Liberty Mutual Insurance and your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

• Guide the development of system, technical and product standards based on business plans and long-term strategies
• Work in an agile environment that combines startup-like energy with the backing of a Fortune 100 company
• Operate as a strategic partner, supervising architecture migrations and maintaining relationships with vendors and business partners
• Mentor and coach junior software engineers, exercising your technical skills
• Develop technical requirements and design robust and flexible product and system architectures in collaboration with business partners
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying solutions that increase efficiency and accelerate adoption of new technologies

• Ten years of related software engineering experience
• Comprehensive understanding of agile environments
• Extensive knowledge of contemporary frameworks and emerging technologies
• Experience practicing Dev Ops and Sec Ops
• Strong background in business operations and strategies, including knowledge of global business, technology trends and the financial services industry

• Solid negotiation, facilitation, consensus-building and influencing capabilities
• Ability to identify patterns and problems across teams and deliver effective solutions
• Openness and adaptability to respond to fast-moving circumstances
• Design thinking and test-driven development mindset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and aptitude for teamwork

• Demonstrated ability developing and architecting solutions using Salesforce CRM platform and related features (required);
  Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Agentforce desired
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and services (e.g., Lambda, S3, Athena, Aurora)
• Familiarity with Eventing Technology (Kafka) architectures and API-exposed microservices
• Deep understanding of layered solutions and designs
• Security considerations, including access control, authentication and secure SDLC processes
• Understanding of DCI/MDM systems, data ingestion and cloud-scale data sets

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience
