** Job Description*
* As a recognized authority and leading contributor within their practice, this senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. ** Responsibilities*
* Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry standard processes, product knowledge, and discernment. Exercises judgment and business sense in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very sophisticated aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and optimally influences customer leadership on key decisions.
Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves sophisticated customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.
Other tasks include but are not limited to:
· Lead weekly client calls to discuss data collection, design decisions, training and testing for all items OHPAC, and items where there is integration with OHPAC
· Participate in all client events / workshops with expectation to lead where needed
· Use Common Rules Tool (CRT) Framework for Services Integration and Claims
· Perform design and build activities, resolve issues discovered during project implementation and post conversion related to OHPAC
· Use Oracle Tools, Processes and Internal meetings with several stakeholders to drive product success internally and externally
· Adhere to design standards
Must have recent experience leading Soarian Revenue Management / Back Office EHR Implementations

Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
